Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy

Currently we are running a promotion and all orders valued $49.00 or more are shipped free as Standard Shipping for Continental US
(This promotion is subject to cancellation without any notice.)

Free Shipping Promotion Policy:
Orders shipped under this promotion are subject to deduction of outgoing shipping cost if returned. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost as well. All other terms and conditions of returns including our unconditional return policy remain applied.

Shipping: Under normal circumstances we ship orders within 2-4 days of the receipt. We ship to all U.S. states. We also ship to Military APO and FPO addresses. Normal shipping is UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Mail. You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 days from the date of shipping. We normally process orders the day we receive them and they are shipped in the nest 2-4 day or earlier.

Overnight or Next Day shipping
: If your overnight order is received by noon, we will ship it that day. After noon it will go out the next day. Please contact us if you have a special request regarding shipping.

Returns:
Our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of your invoice. We will issue a RGA Number (Returned Goods Authorization Number). You will be responsible to ensure that the goods are returned in their original packing and are packed to ensure their safe return. Marble products are easy to chip and get damage during shipping If they are not packed properly. Any item received damaged will not be refunded. If the goods were sold to you as freight free, the shipping charges of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund proceeds. All orders returned due to buyer's remorse will be charge a 20% restocking fees to cover our packing, shipping and restocking expenses.

Turnaround:
All orders are shipped within 2-4 days Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Carriers:
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: FedEx & USPS.

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:
The rates charged for the shipping of your order are based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to make an informed decision regarding your order.

Backorders:
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
